What is the delivery / lead time on a Foam Laminator or Butt Welding

Both the
Laminating and Butt welding machines are manufactured to order. It takes
approximately 12 weeks for our highly skilled team to manufacture, test
and package a machine ready for despatch.

Materials are the machines capable of welding?
A
The machines are
capable of welding an extensive variety of PE foam.
Basically if the foam
can be welded with heat and compression it can be tested on the machine to
obtain optimum conditions. Our operations manual details optimum
conditions for a wide range of Zotefoams products. If you have a
product that you require confirmation that our machine could weld please

FOAM LAMINATOR
The P&P Laminator operates by passing two foam sheets either side of an electrically heated blade which melts the sheet surfaces.
FOAM BUTT WELDER
The P&P Butt Welding machine has been developed to produce a fast clean weld with no distortion to the joint surface.
